Thousands are expected to attend Poynton’s flagship music event next June as the 2026 edition of Party in the Park announces its biggest line-up and production to date.
Poynton Party in the Park will return on Saturday 6 June 2026, celebrating its 21st anniversary with a one-day music festival featuring award-winning tribute acts and expanded family attractions.
Headlining this year’s event will be The Killaz UK, a top-rated tribute to The Killers, delivering a full-length show packed with the Las Vegas band’s best-known hits. Fans can expect favourites such as Mr Brightside, When You Were Young, and Human.
They will be joined by the critically-acclaimed Coldplay Tribute, a high-production experience covering Coldplay’s complete back catalogue from Parachutes to Music of the Spheres, complete with pyrotechnics, confetti, and synchronised light-up handouts for the crowd.
Also performing is Tony Lewis, who made national headlines for his uncanny portrayal of Robbie Williams on the BBC’s The One and Only. His performance has earned praise from the man himself, with Robbie once joking: “It’s bloody hard work being me!”.
Supporting acts include returning favourites Monkey Harris and a range of local talent performing throughout the day.
This year’s event promises the biggest production yet, featuring enhanced stage effects, family funfair rides, and a VIP area offering premium seating and table service.
Organised by local festival promoter Max Eden, the event supports Poynton Rotary, raising funds to help the group’s work with local charities and community causes.
Mr Eden said: “I’m thrilled to bring back Party in the Park with our most ambitious line-up yet. It’s more than a concert, it’s a full day of celebration for all ages, and it helps support the amazing work of Poynton Rotary in our community.”
First-release tickets, offering 20% off standard prices, are on sale now until 5 December. VIP upgrades are also available. Tickets can be purchased at www.poyntonparty.com
