Originally debuting on Broadway in 2018, the musical adaptation of Mean Girls received critical acclaim and sold-out shows across the US. Its West End run at the Savoy Theatre in 2024/25 was seen by over 330,000 people and won ‘Best New Musical’ at the 2025 WhatsOnStage Awards.
Produced by Lorne Michaels, Crossroads Live and Sonia Friedman Productions, the musical features a book by Tina Fey, music by Jeff Richmond, lyrics by Nell Benjamin, and choreography and direction by Casey Nicholaw.
A new generation of fans also discovered Mean Girls thanks to a 2024 film remake featuring updated songs and choreography.
The stage show follows the story of Cady Heron as she navigates the social jungle of high school and tries to take down the infamous 'Plastics', Regina, Gretchen and Karen, only to discover how easy it is to become just like them. Expect biting comedy, energetic choreography and plenty of iconic one-liners.
